Craft an Italian-inspired menu that blends rustic charm with modern elegance.
This hands-on cooking class puts a contemporary Italian spin on the classic steak and potato menu. Your instructor teaches traditional techniques from shaping gnocchi to making sauces while infusing each dish with a tantalizing array of flavors and textures. For a sweet ending, you’ll prepare a decadent butterscotch budino finished with olive oil and sea salt.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
