Create festive and decorative treats in a sweets-focused class.
This convivial springtime class was designed by Chef Carolina for kids and adults alike. She'll guide you as you roll short bread cookies by hand and utilize various frosting techniques to create beautiful and festive patterns to celebrate spring holidays including Easter and St. Patrick's Day.
In addition to cookies, you'll also make cupcakes from scratch using seasonal vegetables and gluten-free ingredients to create different flavors and colors. Lastly, Chef Carolina will teach you how to whip up virtuous and scrumptious milk shakes and smoothies made out of of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
