Chef Megan will teach you how to prepare an eggless semolina pasta dough and transform it into two distinct shapes. You'll use a pasta roller to make tagliatelle and a classic gnocchi boards to form Malloreddus pasta, a Sardinian ridged shell-shaped pasta. Really enjoyed the experience of cooking with Megan and the group. Megan's cooking experience and knowledge as well as jovial and fun demeanor made the event both special and fun for a date night. I highly recommend this class even for beginners like me.
