Learn how to prepare fresh from scratch pasta at the comfort of your home.

Explore the art of freshly made pasta with this cooking class designed for home chefs of all levels. Joined by a gourmet chef, you'll explore traditional techniques for creating Italian favorites.

 

Practice mixing flour, eggs and salt to craft handmade ravioli – choosing between a ricotta and spinach or three-cheese filling – then pair it with your choice of Alfredo, tomato sauce or pesto cream. Chop greens for a fresh Caesar salad with crunchy garlic croûtons. For dessert, enjoy a classic Limoncello tiramisù layered with mascarpone, lemon zest and a splash of limoncello. Book your spot today.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
