Cooking Class - Fall French Pastries

What You’ll Do

Perfect the craft of finely laminated French pastries

Explore the world of French pastries with this cooking class. An experienced chef will guide you through the laminating process to achieve those flaky layers. You'll have the chance to get inventive by filling dough with apples for turnovers, shaping it into palmier cookies and layering it with sugar to make the Kouign-Amann. By the end of the class, you'll be equipped with the skills to launch your own bakery.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
