Join this date night Tuscan-style cooking class as you follow the gourmet chef on how to make the most delectable dinner date you have ever had. Learn how to make pan-roasted steak with capers, arugula and parmesan. Try your hand at making homemade tagliatelle with pancetta and peas. End your evening by learning to make chocolate hazelnut swirl gelato.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.

Chef Eric began his culinary climb as a kitchen assistant, garnering real-world experience through the grocery and food service industries. His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Overall great experience! The recipe was really delicious, better than I expected. The instructor made the ice cream and I was hoping that we’d learn that part - as I knew how to cook everything else. A good time nonetheless!

We didn’t have Eric but some woman. Instructions weren’t that thought out and for groups of four, more equipment should have been available. You should offer classes for groups of 2. Not enough hands on time with four people and you can’t experience cooking the meal.

Had a BLAST!! Chef Eric was amazing! Bought as a Father's Day gift... didn't think he would enjoy as much as he did... even my tween said he had fun (thats says a lot)!!!! Will be booking more classes soon! Thanks Chef and team!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with this cooking class and had so much fun! Would have been better with a little wine or champagne but it was great. We've already made a few of the dishes!!

This was a fun and wonderful class. The recipes were delicious . Chef Chris was a true professional chef. She gave little inside tips, was very good at explaining the recipes. I would take another class with Chef Chris!

Chef Tanya and Jake, the cooking instructors, were terrific! They not only shared valuable tips for cooking but also for prepping and cleaning the station. I was thrilled with the class and can't wait to sign up for another one. If you're interested, book your spot on a Saturday or Sunday.

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Ready to register for my next class. Great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

It was so much fun! Learned several techniques from Chef Miguel and the food was amazing. I believe the small class size helped. I would recommend this class.
