Master the art of forming gnocchi pasta by hand.

Join this fun and interactive cooking class to learn tips and techniques for preparing homemade pasta. Chef Valentino will guide you step-by-step through mixing, shaping and forming potatoes and water into soft ripples of gnocchi.

Begin by rolling venison into savory meatballs mixed with ground beef and Pecorino cheese. Practice forming rippled gnocchi that will be served with ricotta cheese and topped with a robust ragu Bolognese filled with pork and beef, onions, carrots, red wine and tomato sauce. Dessert is a creamy panna cotta with green mango.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
