Get ready for a gourmet French experience, steak frites, truffle aioli, and many more.
Step into a classic brasserie in this class cooking full of many French favorites. Your chef instructor will show you how to cook the perfect steak and whip up a truffle aioli for a traditional Steak Frites. On the side, you’ll learn to poach eggs for a flavorful frisée salad topped with bacon lardons. We’ll end the meal with Crêpes Suzette — flambé and all. A real treat to say the least.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
