WHAT YOU’LL DO

Aspiring chefs tackle challenging recipes across five days of culinary adventures
In this immersive cooking series, teen chefs stretch their creativity in the kitchen while sharpening essential skills from knife work to presentation using advanced cooking and baking techniques. Guided by a chef instructor, students work together to prepare a wide variety of sweet and savory creations worthy of a gourmet restaurant. In addition to kitchen fundamentals, summer cooking classes encourage important lifelong skills such as communication, confidence and collaboration. At the end of the series, students take home a printed menu and graduation certificate to celebrate their accomplishment.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.
This event is suitable for kids aged 12-17

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
