Inspire the next generation of chefs with this immersive experience all about mastering baking methods.
Ideal for ages 7-11, these summer cooking classes will ignite your child's culinary passions and equip them with practical skills to elevate their craft. Starting with the basics of kitchen safety, especially related to raw ingredients, these budding chefs will mix and knead perfect dough to be shaped and proofed into culinary masterpieces. They will also mix batter, flip crГЄpes and decorate their baked goods with homemade frosting and intricate designs made of royal icing thanks to tips and tricks from the chef instructor.
Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes.В Parents do not stay during the classes.

Our Chef Wendy was excellent! She worked with adults and kids and everyone was engaged and enjoyed themselves. The only reason I did not give the experience 5 stars is because while we were listening to Chef Wendy, the assistants were cleaning pots and pans and utensils and their noise disrupted hearing our Chef. Chef Wendy deserves five stars.!!

Chef Justin was not our chef. The experience was not to bad, except we had a lot of Nats at our table, and a few got in our flower.
