Vegans old and new will adore this luscious collection of fresh fare. Learn to create a chickpea salad served with cucumber and prepare a fried mushroom sandwich that's better than chicken. You'll also cook up a batch of fries using burro banana instead of potato and bake fragrant apple crisp for dessert.

Bought this as a gift for my parents. They loved the food and said Chef Kelsie was really nice! However, we were all a bit disappointed that the food was served all at once, rather than individual courses like we expected from the description, which would have made it more of an experience. Also, she used our kitchen utensils/pots/etc, which is not a problem but surprised us. The main issue we had is that she left some dishes unwashed, and my parents then had to wash them at the end (not what you want when you pay this much!). Many things differed from the description here on Cozymeal, so double check timing with her.

Kelsie was wonderful! She has a relaxed manner with students. She invites you to whatever you are comfortable doing and reminds you about timing. She encourages everyone to make choices and think about what they're doing. She had a nice rapport with our whole group. Thank you for recommended her!
