WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn how to make your own pasta from scratch.
Join a gourmet chef for a cooking class designed to bring out your inner Italian grandma. You'll learn how to mix and shape flour and water into a variety of noodles, pockets and ribbons of tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle or orecchiette.
You'll slice, simmer and sauté fresh ground beef and Italian sausage into a Bolognese sauce. Toss together a fresh market salad using seasonal greens and vegetables from the Napa Farmers Market and top with a homemade vinaigrette. Locally made biscotti cookies are a sweet ending.

I took the ricotta making class from Chef Sandy and had a great time. I learned how to take a 1/2 gallon of milk and turn it into cheese; truly a miracle. Along the way I picked up some cooking techniques and built some confidence in the kitchen. To top it off the entire class had dinner together of all the dishes we made.
