Prepare a thoughtful spread where complex tastes and textures come shining through in every dish.

Chef Sean sets you up for success in this hands-on cooking class, where gourmet goodness is the order of the day. He'll show you how to assemble a menu of sophisticated flavors made using straightforward techniques.

Your lesson begins with whole grain salad featuring couscous, quinoa and garden-fresh vegetables. Then, you'll sear a tender filet mignon perfectly on the grill, served with a colossal prawn and whip up a creamy risotto with asparagus as a sumptuous side. For dessert, prepare a cheesecake using ice cream, cookies and fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A move to Atlanta saw him rise to the level of kitchen manager, putting his talent and training to its best use. Now, Chef Sean is an executive chef who loves sharing his passion for food with those in search of dynamic flavors.

The chef made our mother’s 80th birthday an amazing event. Cooking with Chef Sean was so much fun and the food was great!
