Transform your weekend midday meal into an occasion worth celebrating with this inventive menu.

With this hands-on cooking class from Chef Autumn, you'll explore techniques for turning a basic brunch into an enticing spread bursting with flavor.

You'll begin your lesson by assembling parfaits with luscious layers of juicy, macerated berries and sweet streusel before crafting a clever eggs Benedict served with flank steak and a bright chimichurri-style Hollandaise. Then, cook up a crispy hash loaded with pieces of robust onions and bell peppers and finish up with a refreshing arugula salad topped with tangy pickled strawberries and dressed in homemade vinaigrette.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With extensive experience in the kitchen, Chef Autumn has worked at Disney World, was a sous chef under a Michelin star chef and became an executive chef at 23. She has a deep knowledge of Asian flavors and ingredients and loves to experiment with fusion cuisines to create unique dishes with tantalizing flavors.

Autumn was amazing! She was super friendly and fun to talk to. She lets you be as involved or uninvolved as you want. The food was absolutely delicious. It was a great experience overall, highly recommend.

Autumn did an outstanding job. She's a great chef and is exploring new options. She has a great presence and interacted well with our group. Would have loved more hands on, but the meal and experience was good.
