What You’ll Do

Chef Jarrett guides you through the formation of fresh agnolotti pasta using simple methods.

Discover classic Italian recipes in this exciting hands-on cooking class where Chef Jarrett will teach you a variety of culinary techniques with handmade pasta taking center stage.

Start by crafting a sweet fig and burrata crostini with salty prosciutto. Next, you'll make pasta dough to create freshly cut agnolotti with an herbed cream sauce and the flavors of sweet potato, goat cheese, lemon and chives, and char Brussels sprouts with diced pancetta and balsamic. End by whipping a ricotta mousse delicately balanced between sweet and savory flavors.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was our first experience with Cozymeal and it turned out even better than I had hoped. Chef Jarrett was super-nice, and didn't just tell us what to do but explained why we were doing things and helped us with our technique along the way. The food was delicious, there was plenty to eat and we even have some leftovers. Highly recommended.

Chef Jarrett is the absolute best! His cooking class was fun, informative and interactive. Not to mention the food is DELICIOUS and he left extra for us! He explained everything in detail, demonstrated, let us try our hand at it, and made it work perfectly for 4 people (and 2 pups). Plus he was very accommodating when we had to move things last minute due to my Dad being rushed to the hospital the night before our scheduled class - will forever appreciate how kind and understanding he was to move our booking last minute. Will 100% book with Chef Jarrett again! He is one of the good ones, our friends enjoyed t so much too, and that Sweet Fig and Burrata Crostini was mouth-watering delicious. Plus rolling out the pasta is just fun!
