Cooking Class - Vegan Chinese Takeout Favorites

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 3-course meal.
Join Chef Andy for an authentic Chinese culinary experience with 100% plant-based dishes.
During this hands-on cooking class, Chef Andy will guide you in preparing Chinese takeout meals with a vegan twist. You'll also learn cooking techniques that can be used in a variety of recipes.
Start by folding a mushroom-broccoli mixture into potsticker wrappers, which you'll cook and pair with ponzu sauce. For the main course, Chef Andy will teach you how to make orange tofu topped with simmered scallions and served with white rice. And for dessert, you'll make golden fried Chinese sesame seed balls filled with a sweet red bean paste.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
