Get hands-on as you work your way through three Italian classics in this cooking class with Chef Josiah, where you will soak up wisdom and culinary techniques along the way.

Begin by building an iconic caprese salad with fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella before moving onto the main course: Homemade pasta with an herby basil, pine nut and Parmesan pesto sauce and Italian sausage. For dessert, Chef Josiah will teach you how to make authentic zabaglione, a creamy custard made with dry Italian wine and juicy strawberries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
