Discover authentic Southwestern cuisine with Chef Josiah as your professional guide as you handcraft a menu that features fresh ingredients and classic flavors from appetizer to dessert.

Start by fire-roasting corn and slicing up jalapeГ±os, tomatoes, avocado and cilantro for a chopped salad. For the main course, you'll learn the history and techniques behind loaded Navajo tacos made from special fried bread and filled with tender beef, beans and more. Piled high with toppings, you've never had a taco like this. Finally, whip up a creamy mocha custard for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
