Learn each step of the process so you can make pizza completely from scratch.

Discover why homemade pizza is the best kind of pizza in this engaging and interactive cooking class. Chef Kevin will show you the pizza-making process from start to finish, so you can handcraft your own pizza using your favorite toppings.

First, you'll mix pizza dough from scratch and how to proof it to get the perfect crust. Then, make a meat lover's pizza, piled high with pepperoni and sausage, a Hawaiian pizza with fresh pineapple and Canadian bacon, a classic margherita pizza and a build-your-own pizza with toppings like jalapeños, mushrooms and pancetta.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We really enjoyed our pizza making class with Chef Kevin. He made it fun and interesting and the food was absolutely delicious! We learned a lot from him and we would love to do another class with him sometime.
