Begin by preparing a colorful avocado citrus salad, and a delicate tuna tartare with finely chopped ingredients for two savory appetizers. Then, pan-sear fresh halibut and scallops to serve over black rice before mixing coconut rice noodles studded with shiitake mushrooms and spicy ginger. End your class by making creamy mango mochi with fruit salsa for dessert.

Before Chef David was an executive chef and owner of a restaurant in Switzerland, he had made appearances on a Food Network cooking show, hosted a show of his own and owned several restaurants in Iowa. At the time, he was the only French chef in Iowa. Chef David knows his way around the kitchen and is passionate about sharing his love of indulgent flavors and new culinary techniques with new audiences.
