Cooking Class - Handmade Pasta 101 for Kids

What You’ll Do

Kids will learn how to make homemade pasta completely from scratch!

In this hands-on pasta-making class, Chef Dominique will guide kids through making a handful of Italian dishes, including pasta dough using only a few ingredients.

First, Chef Dominique will use dough, pizza sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese to teach kids how to make pizza bombs. Then, the kids will make their choice of potato or sweet potato gnocchi by hand dressed in a garlic butter sage sauce. For dessert, the kids will bake Italian wedding cookies and wash them down with a cold glass of creamy non-dairy chocolate milk.

A minimum of one adult is required to be in attendance per group. Adults are required to purchase tickets in addition to kids. This class is recommended for ages 8-15. A grazing board for adults is available at $15 per person.

Outstanding, I have had other cooking classes, this by far has been the best. Chef Dominique was brilliant letting us get hands on with the Ingredients and creating delicious food. I definetly will be back for another lesson and bring friends. Thank you.

Chef Dominique was not only an amazing Chef, but also such a fun person to have conversations with. My husband abd I cooked a salmon dish with her, along with mashed potatoes, a puff pastry, a watermelon salad, and a chocolate cake. Loved everything and the time together.
