What You’ll Do

Explore incredibly classic Italian cuisine from appetizer to dessert with Chef Joseph.

Experience Italy like you never have before in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Joseph, where you'll learn how to make pizza dough from scratch.

You will start by making a classic baby romaine Caesar salad served in Parmesan cups topped with traditional dressing. Then, mix flour and yeast to make pizza dough that you can top with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil, and prepare eggplant caponata crostini on Italian garlic bread. Complete your Italian feast with zabaglione, an authentic Italian dessert, with a freshly baked almond cookie.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It was an amazing experience! Chef Joe made us feel comfortable and taught us so much about Italian cuisine and how to make pizza Napoletana. The food was delicious and fun to make. I would highly recommend Chef Joe!
