What You’ll Do

Create a menu of flavorful dishes while sticking with a healthy diet and lifestyle.

Join Chef Andy in this fun and interactive cooking class where you’ll learn how to combine time-honored flavors and healthy ingredients to create a satisfying spread.

First, you’ll make creamy hummus with garbanzo beans, traditional tahini and fresh lemon, and mup a refreshing garden salad of greens, cucumbers and red onions topped with a homemade Greek vinaigrette dressing. Then, assemble chicken turmeric kabobs and fluffy rice followed by yogurt topped with fresh berries, honey and pistachios for the perfect sweet ending to this class.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Andy did a wonderful job as an instructor and his home kitchen and dining area were well designed for the class and tastefully decorated. He provided excellent information and demonstrations about knife skills, prep tips, food safety and cooking styles. His kitchen, the appliances, tools and utensils were spotless and in good shape. We plan to make the turmeric chicken and grilled veggies at home - didn't realize we can grill the veggies without oil using a non-stick pan; appreciated using a small amount of oil mixed into the raw chicken with the turmeric before grilling. I've been enjoying Greek yogurt with blueberries, strawberries, pistachios and honey at home - great as a breakfast item or a light dessert as Chef Andy suggested. Thanks to the chef for a fun time - we learned a lot and also enjoyed meeting the other two people who took part in the class.

Chef Andy was amazing! Chef came over to our house and was extremely welcoming. He gave us tips on cutting and preparing the food we were cooking. Would highly recommend and would book Chef Andy again!
