Learn how to make a tantalizing Southern brunch spread in this hands-on class.

In this interactive cooking class, you'll learn how to make several Southern breakfast dishes perfect for a hearty brunch. Chef Timothy will teach you tricks for frying, baking and more as you cook together.

Begin by learning how to batter and fry up crisp green tomatoes. Then, roll together fluffy homemade cinnamon buns to enjoy with your meal. For the main dish, you'll learn how to make honey butter fried chicken biscuits, which pair sweet-and-salty fried chicken with fluffy southern-style biscuits. For a sweet touch, toss together a fresh fruit salad.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a great experience! Chef Timothy was so well-prepared, knew so much about food, and had a lot of great tips to offer. He developed the recipes we made himself and was very generous about sharing them with us at the end of the class. The kitchen was spotless at the end of the class, and we had a ton of leftovers to enjoy afterwards. I can’t recommend this class more — the food was expertly prepared by Timothy and tasted amazing.
