Cooking Class - Paleo Braised Beets and Broiled Lemon Chicken

The secret to cooking paleo? By becoming practiced in the art of braising and boiling. Chef Joni, a certified therapeutic chef, will teach you all you need to know, and while you dine on the nutritious meal you have prepared, you’ll be able to ask her about healthy cooking and eating tips.

Start by assembling a tasty amuse-bouche before crafting a silky chocolate mousse according to your desired tastes. Once that's set aside in the fridge, you'll learn how to skillfully braise either beets or Brussels sprouts. Next up, the chef will teach you a fast and easy way of broiling chicken breasts or thighs with lemon and garlic, and then serve it all with roasted potatoes.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We were looking for a paleo cooking class in South Bay and are so glad to have found Chef Joni on Cozymeal. The glass is also just as good as for people who are not necessarily on a paleo diet. We really enjoyed the experience and food. Looking forward to our next Cozymeal cooking class.
