Clean eating is in the spotlight in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Gabriel. He'll teach you how to create delicious dishes with a healthy touch you'll feel good serving your family.

This super-nutritious spread begins with a roasted beet salad topped with walnuts and goat cheese, while fresh shrimp adds a distinct sea-forward flavor to classic Thai coconut soup. Prepare a ground turkey entrГ©e peppered with Thai basil and a sweet-yet-fiery honey-Sriracha sauce. And for dessert, whip up a plate of roasted pears and sweet figs.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Gabriel is great! He is truly passionate about his cooking and we love that he has lots of variety with his menus. He shared a lot of helpful tips and techniques with us and we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend booking Chef Gabriel as a private chef and also taking his classes if you are in the NYC area!
