Begin by practicing balancing sweetness and seasoning in a smooth and creamy sweet potato pie, a staple dessert in the South. Next, prepare a sticky, nutty filling for a classic pecan pie, and finally, master blending an array of spices for a holiday favorite: Traditional pumpkin pie.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We loved our private Italian cooking class with Madi! She walked us through all the steps of the recipes seamlessly and taught us new techniques that only a professional chef would know. All of the dishes were delicious and we loved that she included some of her seasonings that she makes personally herself. She was very professional and prepared - bringing all the ingredients and equipment with her and cleaning everything up afterwards as well! It was a pleasure learning from her and we hope to do another cooking class with her soon!

I booked Chef Madi for a cute anniversary date for my boyfriend and I, and it was amazing! The food was spectacular, she put plating together to match a romantic mood with rose petals around the dishes, and it was simply a wonderful experience overall! I’d highly recommend booking her for any special date nights, special occasions, or just when you’d like to treat yourself and some friends.
