Carrie is an easy going and knowledgeable chef and teacher. Her falafel meatballs, Tuscan soup, and stone fruit dessert were so delicious! Even though I can cook, I don't love to do it, and I often lack inspiration. Chef Carrie gives great ideas, tips, and insider info that helped me understand what to cook and why to do it. I had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend for a date night or for a new experience!

Class was very informative and diverse. I've cooked for over 60 years, but Carrie explained so many new things and why to do them. I enjoyed learning with her and the food was so delicious.

I was immediately drawn to her because she was very knowledgeable and had a caring and patient nature. I had limited cooking experience and she seemed like the perfect person for me to learn from. I took a series of private cooking lessons with her and I can honestly say that Carrie taught me how to cook. Her recipes are nutritious and tasty meals.
