Create mindful Mexican recipes with a sense of health and well-being with Chef Rebecca.

The healthy elements in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Rebecca bring a sense of healing to authentic Mexican cuisine. She'll share with you the secrets to preparing thoughtful recipes that help restore and replenish.

Using fresh, wholesome ingredients, you'll prepare a zesty mango salsa and a batch of cassava chips for your starter. Next, create vegetable tostadas topped with roasted poblano cream sauce and served with Mexican cauliflower rice. And for dessert, whip up a Mexican chocolate mousse made with avocado, ancho chile powder and coconut milk.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
