What You’ll Do

Learn how to incorporate fresh takes on New American dishes with Chef Dominique.

In this interactive cooking class, you'll use fresh, high-quality ingredients to prepare New American food with Chef Dominique as your guide.

Begin by crafting a watermelon salad with olives, feta and fresh mint, and "figs in a blanket," a decadent recipe of figs and goat cheese wrapped in puff pastry. Next, Chef Dominique will show you how to sear organic honey salmon to perfection, and mix and bake mini chocolate cakes with hints of espresso and plenty of chocolate ganache.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Outstanding, I have had other cooking classes, this by far has been the best. Chef Dominique was brilliant letting us get hands on with the Ingredients and creating delicious food. I definetly will be back for another lesson and bring friends. Thank you.

Chef Dominique is excellent!! I had no idea what to expect, but she was so professional and yet welcoming! We learned a great deal and had fun. The entire experience was awesome and the meal was delicious!!
