Discover the delicious world of eggless pasta with Chef Jenn in this interactive hands-on cooking class. Guided by an expert chef, create pasta dough that is both healthy and full of bold, satisfying flavors - you won’t even miss the eggs!

Start by mixing and rolling out pappardelle pasta, then elevate your dish with a zesty lemon and herbs. Infuse more plant-based goodness by crafting a vibrant spinach pasta dough and top your creations with a fresh, homemade marinara sauce. For dessert, indulge in a classic zabaglione made from scratch with ladyfingers and sweet Marsala wine.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
