Prepare for a breakfast culinary voyage in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Neilie as you enjoy four courses of staple brunch favorites using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

You'll begin by preparing classic eggs Florentine featuring poached eggs, spinach and hollandaise sauce atop an English muffin. Next, learn how to make traditional and crispy home fries using only three ingredients, and fresh green salad with tangy mustard and olive oil. Finish your brunch class by baking soft and fresh mini muffins.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Neilie is knowledgeable and fun and made this cooking class a memorable experience! The atmosphere was top notch and the food was to die for. I can’t speak highly enough of our experience. I recommend her pasta class (I've already made the recipe again!), and I’ll definitely be back to learn more from this brilliant chef!!
