In this hands-on class with Chef JE, you will learn how to prepare an extravagant and flavor-forward four-course dinner menu using an array of fresh, high-quality, and luxurious ingredients.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to creating in this class with Chef JE include bloody Mary oyster shooters featuring fresh blue point oysters, a farm-to-fork arugula salad studded with goat cheese and local pecans, a rack of lamb with morel mushrooms and scalloped potatoes, a homemade crГЁme brГ»lГ©e with brandy for dessert.

Before becoming a celebrated executive chef, Chef JE spent time working with various celebrity chefs and Food Network personalities in NYC. He is well versed in many cuisines, including Asian, classical French, Latin American, and more. He is currently an executive chef, and loves sharing his craft with others via cooking classes.

Excellent experience!! Chef JE and his wife were incredibly inviting and we had a great time learning how to prepare the 4 course meal. We will have to visit again in the future!

This was an amazing experience especially during these crazy times. This is a great way to do something special for date night or a special occasion which for us which was our anniversary. The menu was delicious and flavorful. My favorite part was the salad with pecan and the Lamb chops. I would absolutely do this again. Great Chef and food.

Highly recommend Chef JE, he graciously welcomed us into his home and created a wonderful memory on top of teaching us how to make a meal that would normally be far outside of our comfort zone. He did a great job explaining things and really took the intimidation factor out of a "fancy meal." you WILL NOT regret booking your own experience with this Chef!
