Learn how to effortlessly make pasta from scratch with the guidance of Chef Douglas.
In this hands-on class, you'll enjoy the exciting art of handcrafted pasta as you prepare a traditional three-course Italian feast.
Chef Douglas will teach you the tips and techniques you need to create the perfect Italian meal, beginning with forming and rolling pasta sheets. Once the pasta is cut and dried, you'll prepare arancini with ground beef, peas, tomatoes and mozzarella. Next, learn how to make chicken piccata sided by your handmade pasta, then end the class with a velvety cannoli poke cake just like Nonna would make.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Mace was a pleasure to work with. He was very well-mannered and professional, and he kept a lighthearted conversation going. Meet your chef
Award-winning culinarian Chef Douglas has taken first place at many a culinary competition, including Denver's premier food and beer tasting competition. He has been honing his culinary skills since he was 10 years old, and is well versed in a variety of cuisines, especially Asian fusion cuisine, sushi, and pasta making. He currently plays host to various interactive culinary experiences, and is a personal chef for an A-list actor.
