Chef Michael was everything we hoped for. He came and taught us how to prepare a 3 course French menu as a classically trained chef would. He was personable, and fun and the food was amazing. We had a group of six, and each of us prepped and cooked a portion of the meal under his instructions and it was super fun! Thanks Chef Michael for a great evening!

Chef Michael was amazing! My son and I did his Soul Food course and not only was the food incredible, but the experience was something we will never forget. It really inspired us both. What an amazing experience! Chef Michael really knows his stuff and was happy to share his knowledge, experience and humor. The food was delicious, and going into this with little cooking skills I feel like my ability to make a delicious meal in the kitchen has been vastly improved. Add that to working in the comfort of your own kitchen? Amazing. Will recommended to friends, family, and everyone who has any interest in a private class. Looking forward to getting a larger group of friends together for more lessons!

Chef Michael makes food you want to eat everyday! The dishes he teaches you are great dinner meals that taste like comfort food. He has a great knowledge of food, I learned so much in my class, not just about the food we were cooking but also about other cooking techniques that I can use at home. I would definitely recommend Chef Michael to anyone who is ready to learn about food and have a good time!
