Cooking Class - Spanish Seafood Spectacular

What You’ll Do

Embark on a culinary journey to Spain with Chef Michael in this interactive culinary experience.

In this hands-on class with Chef Michael, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet and authentic three-course Spanish menu that showcases the bounty of the sea as well as time-honored Spanish culinary techniques.

You will begin by learning how to prepare a citrusy Spanish-style ceviche using incredibly fresh shrimp and vegetables. Then, you will learn the secret to preparing an almost impossibly moist herbed and olive oil-poached seasonal white fish. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note by crafting churro banana bites with a homemade chocolate dipping sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful time with Chef Mike! We learned about cooking techniques while he made a delicious meal. Nothing was rushed and Mike was great company. As a first timer, I wasn’t sure what to expect. After such a lovely evening, I’ll be sure to book Chef Mike again in the future!
