This hands-on cooking class with Chef Jamie will focus on stress-free ways to prepare a week’s worth of delicious, healthy meals that save both time and money.

Begin by preparing an umami-filled honey and dijon-glazed salmon salad, followed by savory skirt steak with spinach and mushroom hash. Next, Chef Jamie will teach you how to make a Hungarian chicken paprikash pasta bursting with flavor, simple smothered meatballs over chive mashed potatoes, and tangy chicken chilaquiles with peppers and tomatoes.

We loved the class!!!! Just thought this would be fun class to do with my sister but chef Jamie inspired a new way of think about cooking during the week. Get it done over the weekend and enjoy all week. If you are struggling to fin time to cook during week I highly recommend taking the meal prep course. Also we were intimidated by going to chef’s house but Jamie and her husband make you feel very welcome.

My friend and I had the pleasure of taking Chef Jamie’s Southern Comfort Food class and we LOVED it. She was patient, prepared and passionate about teaching our class. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to learn how to make amazing food!!!

We did this for a date night (A Night In Paris) and loved it! Chef Jamie helped us to create a delicious 4 course meal. We had a great time and learned several different cooking techniques we had never used before. We have even discussed going back to celebrate my mothers birthday in the spring. Only minor downside was Cozymeal had shown the location as Cincinnati but it was actually in the Lebanon area. It made our drive a little further than we had hoped but it was still worth it. We hope others will enjoy the experience as much as we did because we can't wait to go back to learn more in the spring.
