In this hands-on class with Chef Ivan, you will learn how to prepare an elevated three-course holiday menu using high-quality, seasonal ingredients and cooking techniques that bring out the best in them.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your holiday table this year include an earthy sweet and zingy roasted carrot and ginger soup, a tender and juicy roasted pork tenderloin with pears and pecorino cheese, a cheesy spinach and sweet potato side dish, and a moist olive oil orange cake with mascarpone gelato for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.
