In this hands-on class with Chef Sydney, you will learn how to prepare a pink three-course dinner menu rich in cancer-preventing ingredients, from superfoods like kale, garlic, and berries, to omega-3-rich salmon and walnuts, and so much more.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to creating in this class include a beet and arugula antioxidant salad featuring local goat cheese dressed with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, a boldly flavored miso salmon entrГ©e sided by kale and brown rice, and an irresistible seasonal berry crisp for dessert.

Chef Syd was awesome. Beyond accommodating (happily waited as some guests arrived late), and put up with our wine-filled lively crew with tons of patience and silliness. Food was yummy. Totally recommend!

Had a blast with Sydney for our Valentin'e Day dinner! She did a great job explaining and teaching some of the cooking methods while giving us enough leeway to leisurely enjoy the process. I was nervous about having someone in my home and the potential for it to feel awkward but Sydney was an absolute pleasure and I can't wait to try another meal soon!
