Cooking Class - Traditional Spanish Cuisine Favorites

What You’ll Do

Chef Diana will show you how to create these treasured dishes of Spain at home.

Spain is famous for olives, fresh vegetables and spices, and the favored dishes of the region spotlight these ingredients.

For starters, make then bite into warm, olive oil-coated bread rubbed with garlic and topped with fresh tomato sauce. Next, learn how to craft perfect empanadas, the Spanish version of a meat pie, filled with chicken, chorizo and olives, followed by paella Valencia: saffron rice with beans, chicken and pork. Finally, creme Catalana, a rich custard infused with lemon and cinnamon and topped with caramelized sugar.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Diana was incredibly welcoming and such a great instructor. She was patient and encouraging. We left with left overs, great memories and now know how to cook a new meal!

Chef Diana was so great to learn from! Her house and setup is adorable. She is easy to talk to and very helpful as you go through all of the steps of making your recipes. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our Spanish cooking class. Our kids even liked the leftovers we brought home, which never happens!
