WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this interactive class, you'll learn all about the secrets to make pasta by hand.
If you've ever tried handmade pasta, you know it's vastly superior to the store-bought variety in both flavor and texture. But did you know that pasta consists of just two ingredients — eggs and flour — and that it's actually quite easy to make by hand?

During this hands-on pasta-making class, Chef Tess will share the techniques and knowledge on how to make superior handmade pasta. You'll start by tackling truffle oil and ricotta ravioli, then focus on linguine served with Bolognese or classic cacio e pepe sauce. For dessert, discover the secrets to making cream puffs.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Homemade Ravioli Pasta
With ricotta, truffle oil, pea pesto and tomato coulis
Handmade Linguine Pasta
Choose one
Bolognese with beef, veal, pork, celery, carrots, onions and herbs

We had a great time at this class. Chef Tess was very knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. We are pretty beginner-level, but she gave a mix of tips for beginners and for more advanced chefs. She was also a lot of fun to work with - telling funny stories and jokes and helping the whole group stay engaged. All of the food was delicious, and she provided all of the recipes so that we can make everything at home. We would take a class with her again. :)
