In this interactive class, you'll learn all about the secrets to make pasta by hand.

If you've ever tried handmade pasta, you know it's vastly superior to the store-bought variety in both flavor and texture. But did you know that pasta consists of just two ingredients — eggs and flour — and that it's actually quite easy to make by hand?

During this hands-on pasta-making class, Chef Tess will share the techniques and knowledge on how to make superior handmade pasta. You'll start by tackling truffle oil and ricotta ravioli, then focus on linguine served with Bolognese, clams or carbonara. For dessert, discover the secrets to making cream puffs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had such a great time with Chef Tess! She really knows her stuff and made the whole experience super fun. Not only did she share tons of cooking tips and tricks, but she also kept us laughing and engaged the whole time. We had the best experience with Chef Tess! Delicious and beautiful food, lots of simple tips and tricks for cooking, great company, and lots of laughs. Would definitely come to another one of Chef Tess’ classes.

Tess was super nice and funny! Her personality is a 5 star for sure! The reason for the 3 is because there was supposed to be a a variety of options to make ands there was only one. We ended up making an additional one that was listed because people wanted it. Also, she has a pretty foul mouth- not really a big deal for us but for others it could be.
