Learn all about the origins and evolution of much-loved Latin American dishes, including grilled Mexican street corn studded with the flavors of cojita cheese and lime juice, and Colombian cheese-filled arepas. For your entrГ©e, prepare a grilled hanger steak with Argentinian chimichurri. Then, for dessert, learn how to make creamy coconut flan infused with a kick of rum.

Chef Michael took the time to really demonstrate every little bit of the processes to each dish. He was very kind and passionate about his work. His food tasted amazing and his presentation was extremely impressive. His space was absolutely beautiful and anyone would enjoy their time in his class.
