Chef Tania graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando with a degree in culinary arts while also completing a highly sought after internship at the Waldorf Astoria luxury hotel in Orlando, then she continued her career at the Peabody Hotel. Now, Chef Tania works as an executive sous chef and teaches cooking classes featuring original creations and reimagined classics.

Chef Tania was great to work with! She was extremely friendly and you can tell she is passionate about her food. Everything tasted great, especially the Chicken Wings 3 ways. I'd love to take another class with her in the future!
