Cooking Class - Gluten Free Artisan Bread

What You’ll Do

Join Chef Mary and see how she has made allergen-friendly bread baking an art form.

In this hands-on class with Chef Mary, you will learn the fundamentals of baking beautifully textured and wonderfully flavored gluten-free artisan breads that everyone can enjoy.

You will start by crafting tender and slightly sweet pull-apart paleo dinner rolls. Next, you will design a signature crusty loaf of gluten-free whole grain bread while learning about the different whole grain gluten-free flours and how to combine them. Lastly, you will finish with a rosemary Italian focaccia with herbs aplenty that also makes a great pizza crust!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
