Growing up in an Italian household filled with great cooks, Chef Mary's passion for food came naturally. As a celiac, she has since reinvented her favorite foods to meet the needs of the gluten-free diet. Now, Chef Mary is a cookbook author, business owner, and culinary instructor who specializes in gluten- and allergen-free diets. Her one true mission as a chef is to “bring joy back to people on restricted diets.”
