Learn how to create the defining flavors of French cuisine in this gluten-free class.
In this hands-on class with Chef Mary, you will learn how to prepare a gluten-free three-course menu using fresh ingredients, simple cooking techniques, and refined French flavors.
You will begin by making a pan-fried shrimp appetizer topped with a simple mustard cream sauce. Next you'll learn how to properly sear an herb-rubbed pork tenderloin, construct a quick green peppercorn pan sauce, and add a homemade garlic aioli to crispy saucepan-rendered potatoes. You will finish the class with a 10-minute chocolate cake with a vibrant raspberry sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
