Cooking Class - Seasonal Cooking Skills

What You’ll Do

Learn the simple year-round grilling techniques that lend a ton of flavor to seasonal ingredients.

In this hands-on class with Chef Jen, you will learn how to prepare a simple three-course menu using a bounty of seasonal ingredients and easy-to-master grilling techniques.

Chef Jen will begin the class by teaching you the secret to creating well-balanced shrimp and vegetable skewers. Then, you will learn how to prepare a spatchcocked chicken, also called a butterflied chicken, which cooks more quickly and evenly than a whole bird, giving you juicy white and dark meat in no time. Lastly, you'll end with grilled stone fruits for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

An awesome date-night experience. Chef Jen did an outstanding job of hosting a relaxing Friday evening diner date for my wife and me. The menu consisted of Crabcakes served with a green bean frisГ©e salad, New York steak with a cabernet mushroom sauce, chipotle creamed corn and finally whipped potatoes. The meal was delicious. We will definitely look into booking another event in the future. -Henry

This was my first experience at a cooking class and I was very impressed! Chef Jen was absolutely gracious and knowledgeable. There were four of us at the class and we all had a wonderful and fun time! The food was absolutely delicious and Chef Jen walked us through the steps and answered all of our questions. We are planning on booking another class with her ?.
