Dinner with Chef James was amazing. He took the time and effort to teach us everything from the ground up, while also preparing beforehand to make sure we got through the entire menu. He was warm and inviting from the start and even showed us different ways to do garnishes. We will definitely be booking again because this date night was outstanding! Highly recommend him if you are looking to diversify your cooking!

Outstanding Job by Chef James. He was excellent in his directions, helpful hints, and keeping the class fun. I liked how he showed us 1 time then it was our turn. He was there to assist with questions. I would highly recommend to anyone to signup for his class.

I had a blast with Chef James and the group I was with. I had no idea what to expect when signing up for this, but I was not disappointed. Chef James was extremely personable and made every opportunity to educate us as well as help us with our techniques as we cooked each course. Best of all, he was extremely flexible and fed off of our energy and discussions to make minor tweaks to the courses as we cooked. That sauce was OMG good. Definitely recommend. I'll be keeping an eye out on for future events with Chef James or anyone that he recommends. You can't go wrong with him.
