Cooking Class - Festive Mediterranean Medley

What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare an array of dishes that will transport you to the Mediterranean.

In this hands-on class with Chef Bryan, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Mediterranean menu using authentic ingredients and time-honored techniques hailing from the region.

You will begin by building an authentic salad using quintessential Greek ingredients, including feta cheese, that ensures every other bite has a wonderful creamy texture. You will also learn the art of creating a roasted sirloin kofta dish partnered with tomato couscous. For dessert, Chef Bryan will teach you how to make a beautifully sticky, nutty pistachio baklava complete with orange syrup.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Hailing from a family of boxers that includes an Olympic bronze medalist, Chef Bryan opted out of the ring and into the kitchen. Chef Bryan championed his own path and became an executive chef at just 28 years old. The Colombian-born, Miami-bred chef is well versed in a variety of cuisines, including Spanish, Greek and Persian, and was rated by Ocean Drive magazine as one of the “5 Trailblazing Chefs to Know in Miami.”
