Cooking Class - Italian American Restaurant Favorites

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 3-course meal.
Pasta alla vodka, chocolate lava cake and all the rest of your favorite Italian-American delights.
In this hands-on class with Chef Landi, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course menu featuring some of the most popular Italian-American restaurant dishes you'll discover are far better when prepared at home.
The class will start with the famous la Scala salad. Afterward, you'll learn how to brew a feisty batch of vodka sauce for a retro pasta dish that will never go out of style that you'll pair with homemade ravioli. For dessert, bake up a decadent chocolate lava cake complimented with a variety of toppings.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With iceberg lettuce, Italian salami, mozzarella cheese, garbanzo beans, seasoning, extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinaigrette
Homemade Ravioli Alla Vodka
With bacon, garlic, onions, red sauce, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream and Italian parsley
Chocolate Lava Cake and Ice Cream
With unsalted butter, eggs, sugar, flour, semisweet chocolate chips, powdered sugar and chocolate syrup

Chef Landi began his foray into the restaurant industry over 20 years ago as a server in Italy, and quickly found himself working in the kitchen, learning the skills and techniques that have been foundational to his now successful culinary career. In 2001, Chef Landi moved to the U.S. and discovered a newfound passion for teaching. Now, he is both a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and a lauded culinary instructor.
