Cooking Class - Handmade Gnocchi Two Ways

Learning how to make these little pillowy Italian dumplings will no longer be a daunting task! Chef Mary Ann will share with you her simple artisan techniques to make gnocchi from scratch two ways.

In this interactive pasta-making class, you'll learn a traditional potato gnocchi recipe and the Tuscan ricotta gnudi, or naked, style recipe by mixing, rolling, cutting and creating the ridges that capture the amazing sauces you will also learn how to prepare in this class. The sauces include brown butter sage, and an herby pesto cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
