What a fabulous evening filled with friends, learning, laughing, and visiting. Chef Levi was well prepared and helped us produce an amazing meal. I would highly recommend this to everyone. We will do this again and again. A fantastic way to spend an evening.

We recently booked the Rustic Greek Feast experience with chef Levi. The food was great, and the experience was fun, however there are a couple of items that Iâ€™d like to point out for Leviâ€™s consideration, and for future clients. There were alterations made to the menu that we were surprised, and disappointed by. The â€œHard cheese, such as Kefalotyriâ€™ was substituted with smoked gouda and marble cheddar cheese, which was disappointing. The cheeses were to be flambÃ©ed in brandy, but he forgot the brandy, so we needed to provide that, and the â€˜medley of roasted vegetablesâ€™ turned out to be only roasted carrots. A suggestion for future events would be to give the clients a list of the items they need to provide, such as cutting boards, knives, barbeque, etc.
